# language-specific subscription form

 * Hey,
 * we use the shortcode
 *     ```wp-block-code
       [newsletter_form form="1" lists="1"]
       ```
   
 * to output a signup form in the frontend. We are using WPML for multilingualism
   of the website. In the backend under Newsletter > Settings > General > Form we
   have stored language specific field labels for all 3 languages. Unfortunately,
   these are not output in the frontend. There you can only see the names of the
   main language.
 * How can we solve this?

 * Hi, if you’re using the “form=1” parameter, only that form is shown. In that 
   case you should create variations of the page containing the shortcode to refer
   to different forms.
 * If you use the standard form, it translates automatically (and anyway every label
   can possibly translated in the admin side).

 * Thanks for the feedback. I have now created a separate form for each language
   and integrated it via shortcode.
