Language switcher menu disappearing

    Hello there,

    I am not sure whether this is the right forum for my issue but i’m encountering a problem with the language switcher as one language “EN” disappeared completely.

    Please see a screenshot here, whereas the EN language code shows well if on the English website “/en/”. Anyone knows what could be the cause? I emptied the DNS cache but nothing changed.

    This is a custom language switcher menu, TranslatePress is installed on the website.

    Who provided you with the “custom language switcher menu”? It does not belong to WordPress. TranslatePress would probably be the right point of contact for your question, unless it really is a completely custom development.

    Yes, it is a custom development, but it was working fine until few days ago, I don’t see what could have changed. I also use Divi, could it be related to a bug with that?

    What’s weird is that it’s the only language code which disappears if switching to the other language sites.

    As I don’t know your individual programming, I can’t answer that for you. If the developer who developed it for you is no longer available, you can also look for someone who can look at it for you directly. You can find someone like that here, for example: https://jobs.wordpress.net

    If you suspect Divi, contact their support: https://divi.help – as this is a commercial product, they can’t help you here in the forum.

    Hello there,

    A secondary menu had been created under Appearance > Menus that was managing this, and the English language tab disappeared; it’s now fixed, many thanks anyways!
