# Last Sync Error

 * Hey, i’m getting the following error message when trying to sync my store with
   WooCommerce
 * `Last sync error: Printful is unable to access the Woocommerce API. Try regenerating
   API keys in WooCommerce Settings > Advanced > Rest API and copying the API Key
   and Secret to Printful > Settings > Stores > your Woocommerce store.. Try to 
   refresh data. If error persists, contact customer support.`
 * I’ve tried adding a new API key and I’ve tested the API key manually which works,
   does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

   plugin was conflicting with Printful so after I uninstalled that, it all seemed
   to work okay

 * I don’t have this plugin, this is a third-party plugin. Do you by any chance 
   know how I can check if I have any third-party plugins because I don’t know it?

 * I’m not sure I’m afraid, I just spoke with my web provider and he was able to
   see that plugin was causing an error

 * Ok, thanks. I fixed the issue. for me it was Cloudflare that was blocking the
   site and I just needed to whitelist my printful store URL, I got it from printful
   support.
 * This was woocommerce suggestions and they pretty helpful.
 * – Try increasing your PHP Time Limit to 300 seconds. This error CRITICAL Maximum
   execution time of 60 seconds exceeded indicates your PHP time limit is being 
   hit. It’s currently 60 seconds which is pretty low. There’s a guide here for 
   increasing this and you can also reach out to your host to have them increase
   it: How to Increase PHP Time Limit for a WordPress Site?.
    – 503 errors can be
   caused by security plugins and firewalls. I’d recommend disabling your plugin
   iThemes Security: by iThemes – 8.1.2 and see if that solves the issue. If it 
   doesn’t, I’d recommend running a full conflict test to rule out any issues with
   your plugins or theme. – If you have any firewalls like Cloudflare or anything
   server-side, I’d recommend temporarily deactivating them to see if they’re blocking
   the Printful connection. If they are, you may need to whitelist Printfuls IPs.–
   Reach out to your host for any server-side error logs and see what errors are
   being thrown when the WooCommerce API returns a 503 to Printful.
