“Latest Activity” widget not displaying correctly

    I enabled the “Latest Activity” widget and customized it in
    Latest Activity Widget styling, saving after I finished. It appears exactly as I want it to in dashboard > appearance > widgets, but on my pages the heading is too small (doesn’t match the others in the sidebar) and the text is not the color I chose. Something seems to be overriding my settings, but I’ve combed through my theme (Sydney) settings and haven’t found anything that affects it. Ideas?

    I deactivated BuddyPress (unrelated to this issue–trying things out), and now the other widgets have the same size headers as “Latest Activity”, which I’m fine with. However, “Latest Activity” still is showing in a smaller font and different colors than what I chose on the “Latest Activity Widget Styling” settings.

    ok, this may be a caching problem – either on your server or browser.

    if you are not using any caching software (either from your hoster or using a plugin), then try accessing from a different device, using a different browser, or clearing cache on your browser
