- Confirmation of whether this happens only with specific domains (like Gmail) or across different providers.
- Could you please enable logging for the PayFast plugin (if it’s not already enabled) by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Payfast, then try to reproduce the issue using one of the affected email addresses? After that, please go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, select the relevant PayFast log file, and share the entries related to the failed transaction.
