 * Trying this newsletter with the latest Post features. But the email empty with
   has no contents, how to fixed this?

 * Can you please go to Newsletters > Settings > System Emails and check the “Latest
   Posts” template to see if it has content in it? If so, then that is the cause.
 * If not, it must be something else causing it to be blank. Maybe the newsletter
   template being used?

 * Is solved it, I am forgot to enable the latest post on the Newsletters > Settings
