 * Just updated the plugin and now whenever I publish or save a post, I get this
   error: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/CPTP/
   Module.php:1

 * There is a single white space before the opening <?php tag in that file. If you
   edit the file and delete the white space, the error will go away.
 * Hopefully the author will fix this in the next version.
