Please help. Can you send to me previous version of the software. We use your tabs on every page of this very LARGE government website. All content does not show after your latest plugin update. And the template selection ability on the backend no longer is available. Our license is current. Please we need assistance quickly. Thank you,

In order to bring this website back to life I restored a backup from yesterday and have turned off the auto update for Royal Elementor Addons and Royal Elementor Addons Pro. Please reach out to me … Thank you.

Hi Lj,
Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]
Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well
We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

By the way you can use the rollback plugin to go back to previous version and it will help if problem is indeed asociated with our plugin:

Thank you for the comprehensive fix of this issue and the excellent direct communication. I have installed the newest updates and the website looks healthy and is doing well.
