 * Hi since updating to the latest version, I receive the following error;
 * Warning filemtime(): stat failed for F:\xampp\htdocs\chris\wp-content\plugins\
   image-hover-effects-block/assets/css/style.css in F:\xampp\htdocs\chris\wp-content\
   plugins\image-hover-effects-block\image-hover-effects-block.php on line 31
 * can you please help.
