I tried disabling my cache plugin i.e Litespeed cache and the star ratings appeared. Seems like Litespeed cache is hiding the star ratings on the latest version. * I also tried disabling each and every setting of Litespeed cache but it didn’t work. Please solve this problem asap. I had to downgrade back to 3.1.2. It’s a shame the new version is not compatible with cache. I mean everyone uses cache. Anyways it’s free so who am I to complain. * After you uninstall the latest versions, clear your server cache and reinstall. Otherwise, it will not fix it. * ====== * Update, after a lot of testing, if you have RankMath + KK Star Ratings, you might want to check as well. * 1. If you update just KK Star Ratings, the stars will be missing 2. If you update just Rank Math, your site will be broken 3. Ayer viendo todos los desastres causados en mis 28 webs, tome una drástica solución. Instale el plugin **Yet Another Stars Rating** sin problemas, e importe los datos / valoraciones desde KK start. Después desinstale kk start de todos los sitios, y ahora todo va como la seda con “Yet”. La verdad es que me fastidia, KK era un buen plugin que hace años venia utilizando. * The problem is not that the plugin fails, personally what I did not like at all is its response “I will not support fixing issues with cache plugins”, when any site worth its salt must use a cache system. Yesterday seeing all the disasters caused on my 28 websites, I took a drastic solution. Install the ** Yet Another Stars Rating ** plugin without problems, and import the data / ratings from KK start. Then uninstall kk start from all sites, and now everything goes smoothly with “Yet”.
