Latest version not working

We have trackship enabled for Royail Mail. It’s working in 3.3.1 but not the latest version.

Apologies for delay in response. Orders are marked as shipped via Royal Mail. Once complete, automated tracking is added to the order. In the latest version this sadly stops so I have to revert to an older version. If you would I could give you access to a staging site. Please provide an email and I’ll send over the details directly.

We are utilising Royal Mail through AST. No other plugins are in use for Royal Mail Integration.

We aren’t using the Royal Mail integration. We are using the Royal Mail shipping provider. As stated previously, if you provide your email address I can provide you with a login into the site to confirm.

As a note, we are not using AST Pro but have the Royal Mail shipping provider.
