 * Does the latest version of MC4WP plugin that is 4.8.3 sends / receive email from
   a user (subscriber) who is having a non-ASCII (Unicode / UTF-8) characters before
   @ sign in his/her email and internationalized domain names.

 * Please try to add such an email into your Mailchimp account first. As long as
   Mailchimp doesn’t support this, we can’t either.
 * Note that our plugin doesn’t have any jquery dependency.
