To gain access to the site I had to deactivate the plugin via ftp. Once into the site I reactivated the plugin and rolled back to version **WPUF Free v4.0.6.** Once done users were able to login again. A curious factor is that another site we have, that also uses version 4.0.8 of the free plugin plus version 4.0.8 of the pro plugin, is not having this issue. I too am getting this error with Version 4.0.9. It happens only when people try to log in with their email address.
