Layout editing – rows and columns

    I am editing the content area on http://myfamilydoctor.ca/general/
    and running into an issue with the content layout. Currently the form/content on the far right of the page wont allow the next row of items to display, causing a large empty gap. is there a way to modify this to display each row independent of the height span of the adjacent items?
