# Layout elements doesn't appears

 * On my slideshow, the layout elements doesn’t appears, as next/previous buttons,
   slideshow border, background information etc. Nevertheless, the slideshow is 
   working well. The photos, the thumbnails, and subtitles appears usually. How 
   can I fix it?
 * Some days ago, the slideshow was usually displayed in my page.

 * Yup, just as I assumed, the CSS isn’t loading.
 * It says 404 not found: [http://goo.gl/gJEfiW](http://goo.gl/gJEfiW)
 * The most probable reason for this is that the hosting is blocking that long URL
   with query parameters due to Apache mod_security or something similar. Can you
   show the screenshot above to the hosting provider and ask them why, please?

 * After contact with the hosting provider, the problem was solved disabling the
   mod_security.
