 * I have a major woocommerce issue.
   The theme-layout-team did some investigation,
   but didn’t find any fault on their end.I am using translatepress as translation
   plugin. Main language, in which I build pages, is German.
 * I made a shop and suddenly it has two different layouts, depending on the language.

   German page looks bad, english page looks how it should be.Even if I deactivate
   the translatepress plugin, the German page looks the same and bad.Left German,
   right, English.

 * Hi there [@mike666](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mike666/) 👋
 * Thanks for reaching out to Woo Support!

 * From the screenshot shared above, it appears that the CSS is not loading properly
   in the German version.
 * Based on the provided description of the issue, it appears to be due to one (
   or a combination) of the following:
    - theme file(s)
    - multilingual plugin/functionality
    - caching
 * To test, feel free to disable all other plugins, and leave only WooCommerce active.
   Switch to the [Storefront theme (linked here)](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/),
   and clear all server-side (the site’s hosting provider will be able to assist
   with that) and [browser caching](https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clear-your-browser-cache).
 * I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions,
   let us know.
 * We’re happy to help.

 * Hi Pepe, thanx for the answer.
   So, the theme programmer told me, they investigated
   and it is NOT the theme. The translatepress was deactivated and not used with
   woocommerce at all. Caching: all browsers, as well mobiel, have shown the same…
   let me try to ask the hosters.Thank you for now.

 * Dear Pepe, the issue was found from the theme-program-team.
   Maybe as information
   for you for the future:“The issue you’ve encountered appears to be related to
   a potential conflict between TranslatePress and WooCommerce plugins. The exact
   root cause is not yet pinpointed, but it seems that this conflict is affecting
   the rendering of certain CSS, resulting in the layout discrepancies.”Regards.

 * That’s great to hear! Thanks for letting us know the culprit was found, and the
   issue is now resolved [@mike666](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mike666/).
 * Feel free to alert the team at TranslatePress about this, as I’m sure they’ll
   appreciate it. Linked here is [its support forum](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/translatepress-multilingual/),
   for your convenience.
 * I’m not familiar with the theme-program-team, I’m afraid. Glad they were able
   to assist in pinpointing the issue.
 * I’ll be marking this thread as resolved now. Feel free to create a new one, whenever
   needed. Have a great one!

 * So … just need to tell you, that it is not completely resolved. 🙁
   As soon as
   I empty the cache of the page, it looks good now. But after a reload, it is the
   same issue again until I empty the cache again. 🙁

 * Sounds like a caching issue now [@mike666](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mike666/).
 * Did you already have a chance to test with having it temporarily disabled for
   a while, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?
 * If the issue is not persisting with caching disabled, feel free to reach out
   to the site’s hosting provider (as there are typically server-side caching solutions
   enabled), and/or with the activated caching plugin’s support channel, as they
   would be in a better position to assist you in fine-tuning it to your needs.
 * I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions
   or concerns.
   We will be happy to help you further.

 * I tried to go back and installed a last woocommerce version, but … surprise …
   now I cannot activate ANY plugin no more.
   I can install them, but NOT activate.
   I am going crazy … 🙁

 * “The plugin cannot be activated because it produces a fatal error.”
   If I try
   to activate ANY plugin. 🙁 I can deactivate plugins, but afterwards cannot activate
   them again.

 * Ok, it was the Plugin “Toolset Types” that caused this issue.
   I deactivated
   it and now it works. Now still the cache issue …

 * Hi [@mike666](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mike666/),
 * > it was the Plugin “Toolset Types” that caused this issue.
 * It’s good to hear that you’ve identified the root of the cause. If you’re still
   having trouble with this plugin, I’d suggest reaching out to its developers or
   [support team](https://toolset.com/) for further assistance.
 * > Now still the cache issue …
 * I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to ask if they can assist
   with server-side caching issues, or the support team of the cache plugin you
   are using.
 * I hope this clarifies your concern. If you have any other questions, feel free
   to ask.

 * My hoster has no serverside cache, I already asked. The issue is with all cashing
   plugins that I tried.
   But the status of my woocommerce says, that the theme has
   some old sources. `programmername/woocommerce/myaccount/orders.php` Version 7.8.0
   is not up to date. The main version is 8.5.0`programmername`/woocommerce/order/
   order-details.php Version 7.8.0 is not up to date. The main version is 8.5.0Can
   this cause it?

 * Hey, [@mike666](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mike666/)!
 * It is good to keep everything (theme and plugins) updated to the latest version
   unless you have a specific reason not to do it. So, please update the theme and
   all plugins to make sure you have the most current version.
 * Can you share the full System Status Report with us so we can take a look and
   investigate this further?
 * You can find this via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
 *
   Also please share the Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status >
   Logs.You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   and send the link here.
 * Looking forward to your reply.
 * Have a wonderful day!
