 * Hi, having a problem when using php everywhere. I have a page which should display
   the results from an sql query in a table. the problem is that although the php
   code works fine the php everywhere block seems to be displaying outside the normal
   content area and after the footer anyone have an idea as to why?
 * Many Thanks. Jeff
