Is Lazy load ever in a plan? When using Tablepress for large amounts of data (>2000 rows) the backend crashes and front-end is slow to load… I imagine this is difficult to solve given the JS used… Please let me know if there are any workarounds or if this feature is in development. Thank you!

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Yes, I do indeed have ideas for this. There will be a completely redesigned “Edit” screen, which will be capable of working with much larger data sets.
Also, I’m planning to integrate more options of DataTables for server-side/AJAX loading, which should also speed up the frontend.

Unfortunately, as I’m quite busy with work and other things at the moment, I can give an estimate about when all this will be available and ready 🙁

    Regards,
    Tobias

I understand… Well good day then. If and when you can, please do implement these changes. 🙂 It’s a good plugin, but then it would be awesome 🙂 😀
