    This is actually a good question, only because their page is ambiguous (https://livecomposerplugin.com/support/support-request/). It reads 8 hours max, so anyone might think this means from the time a request is sent, they should expect a response within 8 hours.

    But how long does this support fee cover me?

    $9 will put you in front of the queue once. We will answer your follow-up questions urgently until the problem solved.

    $9 payment doesn’t cover costs of 1 ticket processing. We created this option to set right expectations.
