# LDAP integration

 * I have done Authorizer LDAP integration for some of my sites. The problem is,
   at times, the server established some 40+ LDAP connections with LDAP server(ideally
   it should be 1 I think) and hence causing problems to LDAP server. Is there any
   method to restrict or check the user connection. Could someone help me out?

 * Sounds like brute force login attempts; you could try lowering the thresholds
   for invalid login attempts in Authorizer Settings > Advanced.
 * Or look into other techniques; I think Jetpack has brute force protection, and
   using fail2ban on the server is another option.
