# Lead Lost

 * Hi, I have been using your plugin trouble free for quite a long time now. However
   today I received notice from one of my users, that one lead they had received
   a CF7 email about, is nowhere to be found on the Google Sheet, unlike all previous
   and later leads, which appear to be present.
 * Would you kindly assist me in troubleshooting this? Is there any place to look
   for logs or other data that could shed some light in this case?

 * Its in a rare case that data get lost.
 * For so we provided the database functionality in our Pro version where if any
   data is missed you can sync.
 * Currently, in the free version, we don’t have a way to fetch the lost data as
   data are not saved in the database.
