# Lead Source – Daddy Analytics only option?

 * If I want the lead source (ex: Google, referring site, Bing etc..) to populate
   in Salesforce is Daddy Analytics the only option to accomplish that?

 * AFAIK Daddy Analtyics is no longer operating. The next release will hide the 
   DA fields to avoid confusion.
 * Lead Source population is a complicated topic. If known (e.g. you captured it
   when the visitor arrived or via UTM tags) it can be dynamically entered via a
   hook (see FAQ for example code), but there is not functionality in the current
   plugin to track the entire customer journey.
 * This really is just a better way to generate web to lead forms at present. We’re
   considering releasing a premium version with more features, but don’t have a 
   release date at this time.

 * If can provide more info on how you might be tracking the lead source outside
   the form (GA, GTM, UTM, some other tracking source) I can probably help you more.

 * GA is being used right now. Quick background, I just started working with this
   client, we just launched a new website, they are using your plugin for leads 
   and cases, it works fine to no need to move away. Your plugin is new to me so
   its been a learning experience but I have looked at the documentation. Any information
   would be extremely helpful and appreciated.
