Lesson page just available for users who bought the course (which contains the lesson) or the author set the lesson is preview.
Please help me to check it again.

Course is free. When I am logged into the site as admin, I can enroll. I can see the list of lessons, but when I click on the lesson, it seems the frame to load the lesson loads, but the page to render the actual lesson shows a 404 error.
If I try from a different browser (Not logged in), then When clicking on Enroll, I get a 403 error.
It’s strange. I didn’t get any similar reports before.

I think that may be a wrong permalink setting or a conflict with another plugin in your system.
