Letting users enter notes?

I tried searching for this but found nothing, so if anyone has any insight on this then let me know…

But, would it be possible to allow the user to add a note to the donation? Something like, the donation page would display a text block that allows the user to enter a note about the donation they’re making. This note would be saved to the seamless donations report for each distinct donation submitted.

Would anyone know how to code this by hand? Or would the developer consider this for future versions?
