 * Hi there!
    I hope you can help me with the following problem:
 * I’m working on the preformance of my website. I’ve been running a few speed-tests.
   The speed test of GTMETRIX is showing Mailchimp as a external resource in the“
   browser caching warnings”. I’ve decided to remove the Mailchimp plugin and all
   of the forms from my website.
 * After running the speed test again it is still showing some Mailchimp resources
   in the report:
 *     ```
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/css/signup-forms/popup/2.0/banner.css (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/css/signup-forms/popup/2.0/common.css (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/css/signup-forms/popup/2.0/layout-3.css (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/css/signup-forms/popup/2.0/modal.css (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/unique-methods/2.0/popup.js (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/unique-methods/embed.js (expiration not specified)
       https://xb3xxneyqc.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/default/covid-global-counts (expiration not specified)
       https://mc.us4.list-manage.com/subscribe/form-settings?u=66441d101a48e84614b547b3e&id=db550b8c04&u=66441d101a48e84614b547b3e&id=db550b8c04&c=dojo_request_script_callbacks.dojo_request_script0 (4 minutes 48 seconds)
       https://chimpstatic.com/mcjs-connected/js/users/66441d101a48e84614b547b3e/7595f34c819a9040501d9c3f6.js (17 minutes 10 seconds)
       https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?key=AIzaSyCI2wEiOT77WCSUhX0dhZsazNG4h7DmzyI&ver=1 (30 minutes)
       https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js (2 hours)
       ```
 * How can I completely remove Mailchimp from my website to get a higher score in
   the GTMETRIX test?
 * Thank you for helping me out.
 * What MailChimp plugins are you using on your site?
 * > can I completely remove Mailchimp from my website
 * If you dont need those plugins functionality, you can disable and remove them,
   this will remove mailchimp scripts from your HTML page code.
 * You will still get GTMetrix warning about Google Analytics and Google Maps scripts.
   Its very unlikely you can do anything about it without removing GA and Google
   Maps.
 * Thank you for your quick answer.
    I have disabled and removed the Mailchimp plugin
   from the website. But it is still giving me this output:
 *     ```
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/css/signup-forms/popup/2.0/banner.css (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/css/signup-forms/popup/2.0/common.css (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/unique-methods/2.0/popup.js (expiration not specified)
       https://downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/unique-methods/embed.js (expiration not specified)
 * So I think it has to be somewhere else….
 * I dont see those script references in your site’s HTML code,
    Sucuri’s sitecheck
   does not see them too.
 * I also can’t find the scripts..
    So I don’t understand why those are in the “
   Leverage browser caching” waring of the GTMETRIX speed test?? Any idea on that?
 * Looks like you have connected a MailChimp account to your site at some time(?)
   and have then created a pop-up signup form to be triggered after 20 seconds from
   within MailChimp itself (not within WordPress).
 * This MailChimp script is being loaded just before </head>:
    `<script id="mcjs"
   >!function(c,h,i,m,p){m=c.createElement(h),p=c.getElementsByTagName(h)[0],m.async
   =1,m.src=i,p.parentNode.insertBefore(m,p)}(document,"script","https://chimpstatic.
   com/mcjs-connected/js/users/66441d101a48e84614b547b3e/7595f34c819a9040501d9c3f6.
   js");</script>`
 * You’ll need to disconnect your site from MailChimp completely. You need to do
   that via your MailChimp account
