 * **Hello,**
 * When I try to change the language, either nothing happens or I get a 404 error.
   In your documentation, you mention that the GTranslate plugin could be the cause
   of this issue.
 * So I asked my server guy to check the `.htaccess` file, but he told me:
   _“Since
   our setup runs on IIS, the `.htaccess` file and its rules are ignored. What does
   the plugin need to work? Maybe a PHP extension is missing?”_
 * Could you please tell me which PHP extensions are required for your plugin to
   work properly?

 * Once you find these, please delete them from there and try again to switch the
   language.
 * These are added by GTranslate plugin and completely brake the TranslatePress 
   functionality. ​​
 * Please note you’re not really supposed to use both plugins at once as they are
   not compatible.
