 * 1/ When I attempt to import – 404 error – links not imported
    2/ Library Setting–
   make any change and save – 404 error 3/ Working fine on one but not another on
   the same multisite installation
 * Is this enough info to help advise?

 * The only thing I can think of is that the custom database table for Link Library
   is not properly getting created under the sub-site. If you look at your database,
   do you see a table called links_extrainfo in the tables for the subsite?
