Licence issue

    Hi There….i recently renewed my licence for another year, but when i go to download a core extension it is asking for a seperate licence key!!

    I thought when you renewed your bundle licence key you had access to all the core extensions?

    Hi there…..when i login to your site and click on Support for Customers I keep getting this message….

    This page is for paid customers who have purchased the Core Extensions Bundle or an extension and have an active license to submit support tickets for core plugin and/or extensions. If you are a paying customer please login to our website to submit a support ticket. If you are a free user of OceanWP please create a topic on the ww.wp.xz.cn support forum here.

    I take it as a paid customer I do not have to pay seperate for support?
