# Licensing error?

 * My pro installation of PrettyLinks is suddenly only showing lite features and
   has the message at the top: “You’re using Pretty Links Lite. To unlock more features,
   consider upgrading to Pro.”
 * My license is expired, but in the FAQ it says: “So if your license expires, you’ll
   be encouraged to renew Pretty Links. Don’t worry though, the pretty links you’ve
   created will continue working, and you’ll have access to all other features (
   core and premium) as long as Pretty Links is installed. Also, don’t forget that
   our support team is always here to ensure you’re well taken care of.”
 * When I try to re-enter my licence code, it says: ERROR: This License Key was 
   either not found or was invalid”
 * What has gone wrong? How can I get my pro features back? Thanks!
