 * Getting this error: “Activation failed: Your license key is already used. Please
   free a license slot by disabling another site. Note: If you have changed the 
   site domain please switch back to the old domain and disable WP-Filebase Pro,
   then re-enable it on the new domain.”

   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you
