# LifterLMS errors

 * Hi, I’m new to this all and and I’ve been using LifterLMS for a couple of months
   setting up my online courses.
 * Yesterday I started getting an error. When someone tries to sign into my website
   to access my course.
 *     ```
       Server Error
   
       403
       Forbidden
   
       You do not have permission to access this document.
   
       That's what you can do
   
       Reload Page Back to Previous Page Home Page
       ```
   
 * If you try to reload the page or go back to the home page I get a “cloudLinux
   test page”
 * Sorry it might be a bit vague. Any ideas?

 * I’m sorry you’re having this issue!
 * This sounds like there is a security plugin or a security setting with your host
   that is trying to protect the site.
 * Have you reached out to your host to let them know this is happening? Or do you
   know if you have a security plugin active on your site that you can temporarily
   disable like WordFence or iThemes?
