Lightbox does not pops up

Hello dear, I have some trouble using the portfolio gallery. The Lightbox is just showing up if I’m logged in the wordpress backend. As I switch to frontend while logging of there’s a technical issue. The lightbox didn’t pops up, there are just the buttons from the lightbox. These error is over all browsers and platforms.
The 2nd problem I’ve got is that I am not able to publish new content. I put a new image in the portfolio, and I can see it in the gallery if I am logged in. Same as before, when i logg out the image is not listed in the gallery.

I would be pleased if you can help me.

by the way: is it maybe just an problem since my update?
