# Lightbox JavaScript error: s.get(…).style.removeAttribute is not a function

 * On [THIS](http://urbansunsets.com/gallery/london/) page, I have implemented the
   plugin. After I click on a photo, _it pops up fine_ in the lighbox, but the **
   next** and **previous** arrows are not showing.
 * The console shows this error: `s.get(...).style.removeAttribute is not a function`.
 * Why is that? What is the fix?

 * I apologize for any trouble!
 * I can see the error and the lightbox opens the image but without controls. Have
   you possibly already tested for a conflict by deactivating the theme and other
   plugins? It could be a conflict.
