# Lightbox Problems

 * Hi,
    My client has been using NGG for a while and since he updated to v2.0.21
   the lightbox functionality has stopped working. I have since updated to v2.0.25
   but the problem still persists. Is this a known issue and can anyone help please.

 * I have the same issue. I am new to NGG, but I enabled the Pro Lightbox and it
   does not work. I am running NextGEN v2.0.30 and Pro v1.0.6. Thanks!
