# Limit characters for posts

 * Is there a way to limit the characters displayed in a single post? i am currently
   looking to use the plugin to only show the two most recent posts but if both 
   posts are sentences long, is there anyway to cap the character count? Is that
   dictated by the plugin or Facebook?

 * Hey Tim,
 * Yep, there are settings in the plugin which allow you to limit the number of 
   characters to display for both the post text and the link/photo/video descriptions.
   These are under the **Typography** tab on the plugin’s **Customize **page, just
   scroll down to the **Post Text** section and you’ll see an option labeled ‘Maximum
   Post Text Length’. There’s also an option in the section below called ‘Maximum
   Description Length’.
