Limit Posts number to Active posts?

Hello, i would like to ask is there a way to limit the posts number instead of lets say 400 (for everyone) to be based on membership bought. I tested and currently even after deleting all my posts as a user it still says that i posted 400 posts out of 400.

Wouldnt it make more sense lets say they used all 400 posts, they delete 10 and can now make 10 new posts?
