I optimized a dozen photos, without limiting resolution( Resizing large images to a maximum of pixels). I now want to re optimize them to reduce their size. However I’m having a difficult time doing so. I tried to restore to backup in order to optimize again, but nothing happened. Also, I do not understand what does the button “Optimize 18 thumbnails” above each photo refers to. I suggest you choosing to optimize them as well from Settings/ShortPixel 2) to be able to resize the original images once you already optimized them but you didn’t choose the resize option I suggest you do it like this: go to Settings/ShortPixel, choose the option to resize them. Also make sure you choose Lossless. However, I tried to convert the images to lossless, both by bulk, and separately, both options did not work. Which is strange since as you can see in the settings I have sent backup was chosen. It seems the only way to achieve the desired result is to delete the images and upload them once again. Though it is impossible since the settings are set to lossy, and then it can’t restore to backup. Any advice? Adding more credits fixed the issue.
