Hello I was wondering how you can limit the form fields in the advanced search of the BD listings.

I have selected the fields I want to include in the Quick search fields list in manage options but when using the advanced search it displays all the fields? Is there a way I can limit what fields appear in advanced search?

Hi yandoos,

Yes, you can limit the fields in any of these three places:
– Search (advanced)
– Excerpt (List view)
– Listing (detail view)

You can limit them under Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields. Full documentation on the settings is here: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/docs/#admin-form-fields
