 * I don’t know if this issue has already been adressed, but i couldn’t find it…
   
   I am looking for a way to allow viewers (any!) to add links to a page. These 
   links have to be up there right away, as well as their names and a title for 
   the link. Also it would be nice if their ip’s were logged somewhere to prevent
   spammers…
 * Can anyone tell me how-to, or direct me to an existing plugin?
