    Hi guys,

    Because of GDPR there is the need in EUROPE to provide
    1) a checkbox (e.g. “I consent to the GDPR Terms”) and
    2) the link to GDPR
    whenever offering a subscription form-element for personaldata (here email-field)

    Is there a included solution inside CMP or are we forced respectively do you recommend to use an 3rd party solution?

    Hello, we had several discussions on this matter and checkbox is not required.
    You can simply leave GDPR message for subscribing like this:

    By submiting subscribe button you agree to...any GDPR stuff

    Also it depends on what CMP theme are you using, but most of them supports footer, where you can insert a link to your custom Terms page – and allow this URL in CMP Whitelist/Blacklist feature.

    Also I am working on a compatibility update with some Cookies plugins out here, which should help as well.

    Hello, with latest update you can add a checkbox to subscribe form, and also https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/cookie-notice/ plugin is supported now.
