# Link Google Sheets?

 * Hi, so I have users come to my website and fill out a form. Once finished, the
   data is sent to a google sheets (which I published live into a URL). I input 
   that URL into the knowledge base. This google sheet has data the user input along
   with their name, email, and phone number. I am trying to get the chat to reference
   this data during its conversation but every time it fails to do so. I’m not sure
   what I’m doing wrong because the google sheets DOES appear in the knowledge base
   now. I also tried embedding the google sheet with a plugin called FlexTable, 
   that way I could get the data to update into a page into the knowledge base. 
   But that still doesn’t seem to work. What am I doing wrong? Or is there a way
   I can get MxChat to fetch data for its chats from Forminator form submissions?

 * Currently excel sheets or google sheets are not supported. Interesting to hear
   that it does show up in the knowledge database, but doesnt return. If anything
   does show up in the knowledge database it should be able to reference it. Maybe
   the matching score is too low. Did you check the matching scores using the frontend
   debugger?

 * Ive been thinking about this and working on a solution. I can easily update it
   to get the data from the excel export URL, but a few questions.
    1. The data will be stale there is no way to have it automstically grab new content.
       So once submitted it will not be updated beyond that point until submitted again.
    2. you want users on the frontend to have access to this data? I know you mentioned
       it was a form with PII it seems. Just confirming we are on thr same page thag
       users on the frontend would chat with your chatbot and have access to this form
       data
