# Link issues

 * Hi,
 * I’m having a weird issues with links in my multisite installation. The issue 
   only happens in the subsites when I try to add a link pointing to the main site.
 * Example. If in one of my subsites I link to the sign up page in the main site
   it will add the sub domain before the main site link. If I just add the main 
   site link it’s fine, once I add the /sign-up that’s where it gets ugly.
    I use
   Pagelines for my themes, but the issue also happens with the 2015 default theme.
 * See snapshots to see what I mean and how the links end up looking.

 * This one is using the Twenty Fifteen theme

 * I’ve asked on a few forums and no luck so far. I also asked tech support at my
   hosting company and they did not find anything unusual on the server that would
   cause this issue.

 * Hi Ipstenu,
 * My hoster helped me figure out the issue. It was the https plugin wrecking havoc
   with the links everywhere. They disabled it and all problems were gone.
