    Hello,

I’m not sure I understand what you need…

In general, to make a link:

    [ps2id url='http://site.com/#section-1'] Go to section 1 [/ps2id]

To make a target (in http://site.com/ page):

    [ps2id id='section-1'] Section 1 [/ps2id]

Shortcode links use the url attribute while target elements use the id.

I did as you told me, but it works.

Your page does not have a scrollbar so the links cannot scroll anywhere. The theme you’re using probably has another way of switching pages/sections(?)

In order for the plugin to work, the page must be long enough to require scrolling (thus having a scrollbar!)

Which theme works well with this plugin?

    (@malihu)

Any theme with normal flowing content (vertical and/or horizontal) with an actual scrollbar, which includes the vast majority of wp themes.

The only themes that won’t work are the ones that do not scroll the page and/or use some specific mechanism to load content (e.g. ajax within page wrappers).

In general, all you need to know is that the plugin scrolls the page to an id. If the page/document is not scrollable (e.g. its height is the same or less than window height) then it won’t be able to do its thing.

I did another test, but again does not work, uffff…. where am I wrong?

It seems that the theme you use has its own function(s) to switch(?) sections on navigation menu links. Instead of page scroll, it fades in/out although sections still not changing…

what should I do? Why it does not work?

The setup you have at http://www.famarinu.com/amos/ is correct. In ‘Page scroll to id’ settings change “Layout” to “vertical” (it’s currently horizontal) and everything should work.

I want the horizontal scroll, no vertical! Why not work with the horizontal?

Your page (http://www.famarinu.com/amos/) doesn’t have a horizontal scrollbar/layout (the page flows vertically). If you make a horizontal layout with a horizontal scrollbar it’ll work.

Excuse me, but what do you mean by horizontal layout? Here: http://amosbeachwear.com/ (demo, demo)I used another theme with horizontal layout and it did not work the same,
    thank you!

Horizontal layout means a page with horizontal scrollbar, for example:

Excuse me, but I ask again for your help.
I installed the pluging in another theme that scrolls so horizontal, but does not work. You can view it at the following link: http://amosbeachwear.com/my-workflow/#secondo (to enter demo and demo) The theme already scrolls horizontally, but the submenu “first”, “second” and “third” of “My workflow “do not work, even though by checking the code <div id =” first “> it shows.
How can I solve the problem?
    Thank you!
