 * When creating plugins and you want to create a link on a plugin page that goes
   to another function (function used to display content) is there a way to do this
   without hard coding the link?
 * `<a href="admin.php?page=add-glucrecord">`
 * My concern is that I want this plugin to work on any wordpress install and I 
   am concerned that if someone has installed wordpress with other than the default
   settings for links it may not work.
