 * I have found the tools/export function for getting an nice xml document of all
   the blog posts.
 * Is there is similar feature to get an export of all the links I have created.
   The show up as a “blogroll” on the first page. I can add to them using the edit
   links tools.
 * Can I or how do I upload or download a file of links?

 * Not in my 2.8.6 and I don’t know about 2.9.1
    I once exported them as xml (not
   sql) through my plesk admin where I can choose the output type of the file. Meaning
   I selected that one table and did the settings for exporting that table. But 
   then you need database access.

 * The following comes out of the php file itself:
