# Links not saving data

 * Hello, I am trying to create some redirect links, however after putting in the
   URL and clicking update the data isn’t saving. I can see the new link created
   under “Pretty Links” but the URL and redirect aren’t there. The same issue occurs
   when trying to edit the link and clicking “Update”.
 * I’ve tried to include some screenshots below.

 * Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like the Pretty Links database tables might’ve
   not been properly set up on your site. Could you please try going through the
   last bullet point in this documentation and see if that allows you to create
