    Hello,

Thank you for making this Plugin. Once I get it working correctly, this will be a great help!

Here is my site for reference: https://shoestringadventures.com/calendar

    1) Under OPTIONS, I check the box next to “Checking this box will make all links within the calendar white instead of the color created by your theme default”; however, the links are still red.

    2) Clicking on the event doesn’t do anything. I read that I should select “Post” under Permalinks to correct this error, but I have a custom Permalink set up.

    3) My calendar is collapsed on rows that have no events. Is there a way to make it look pretty like the Screenshot in the Plugin Details?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hey aschwarz,

I took a look at your page and your issues and I have answers for you in their respective order.

    1) The CSS used by your theme is more specific than the CSS that we use, which is why your theme still overwrites our option. I will fix this in the next update (version 2.2.2).

    2) The permalink set up should not affect this issue. We can tried to write the plugin to accept any permalink structure given. What I would recommend is resetting your permalinks. Simply go to the permalink page and save your current settings again. There is a good chance that this will help your issue. If problems still persist then you might think about updating your events from the WP Meetup settings page. If the links still aren’t working then send us an email at [email protected] and we will look into the issue further.

    3) Adding a minimum height to empty days on the calendar is something that we can do. However, we don’t want to force this upon everyone. Look for this is appear in the form of an option in the future.

I hope this answers all of your questions and we can get WP Meetup working for you shortly.

This app would be great for my website if I can get it working. I have been trying for hours but I can’t get the links to work. I created a test website and installed the latest version of Word Press from scratch and installed the plugin but I just can’t get it to work. http://www.assistacomp.net. I tried every solution I could find in this forum.

I found that when I go into the database, in the wp_posts table and edit the post_status, changing it from inherit to publish, it works! but I don’t know enough about WordPress to understand why and how to fix this problem.
