We are using the Social Activity, but can’t see how this features a link to a user profile in a post via shortcode og @syntax. Please a bit more information 🙂

The @user link is only possible on the social activity wall.
If you’ve purchased our Social activity extension please submit a support ticket via our website so we can provide fast support and answer your questions.
