 * consider Forminator.
    I would like to know if I can create a list of names, addresses,
   emails and two or three other fields. I would like to know if I can see this
   list, if I can do research (everyone named John… all those that have the value“
   A” or “B” in a field. I wish I could send an email to all those who have the
   value “A” in a certain field and a different one to those who indicated “B”.
 * In short, I would need a kind of database in backend to be used for some functions
   or searches.

 * Hi [@mgart](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mgart/)
 * I hope you’re well today!
 * Foruminator stores submission in the database (unless you disable that) so you
   can certainly us Forminator forms to submit all the data to make use of it later.
 * However, such sorting/filtering/re-use is not currently supported. I mean, the
   data is there, stored in the database, but you cannot search and re-use it this
   way.
 * Some workaround that I’m thinking of would be:
 * 1. you can always export submitted data to CSV file so such file can then be
   loaded to some spreadsheet where you can do all the filtering/searching.
 * 2. you can use Forminator’s integration Google Sheets instead of exporting data
   to CSV
 * Both these options won’t let you “send e-mails” but they would let you search/
   filter data.
 * 3. Or you can integrate it with one of 3rd-party mailing services such as e.g.
   MailChimp or similar:
