list ALL posts inside single page template

as you can see, i’m listing posts from two categories on the left panel- BUT when im inside a single page, it only lists ONE post from either category. it’s ok when im inside the category page. the first one lists all 15 posts, the second one lists all two posts.

can anyone help? i know i’ve fixed this before on a site i did, i just can’t remember how..
